DESPIECE DE UNA DISQUETERA.

FLOPPY DISK DISASSEMBLE.

La disquetera es un aparato que en la actualidad ya está obsoleto, incluso los fabricantes de ordenadores ya han dejado de instalarlas en sus equipos, pero todavía se conservan algunas y por eso vamos a tratarlas con el mismo afán que el resto de componentes de un ordenador.
The floppy disk is a device that is currently obsolete , even computer manufacturers have already stopped install them on their computers, but still retain some and so we will treat them with the same zeal as other components of a computer .


Lo primero que hacer para poder desmantelar una disquetera es quitar la carcasa metálica y la tapa frontal para poder adentrarnos en su interior. Una vez hecho este trabajo podemos seguir el soporte de los disquetes y con esto fuera se saca el motor que mueve el lector y también se puede extraer el propio lector. 
To dismantle a floppy disk you must to remove the metal case and front cover to delve inside. Once done we can continue this work support and diskettes that were the engine that moves the reader and you can remove floppy disk reader.

Con todo esto hecho se puede retirar el motor que hace girar el disco que tiene el disquete dentro de sí. Para llevar esto a cabo debemos quitar el tornillo que lleva en el centro y sujeta la parte móvil del motor con la placa base. Desempeñado este trabajo extraemos el bobinado. Esto se consigue desoldando los cables que unen la placa base con el propio bobinado y, en algunos casos, también lleva unos tornillos que también tenemos que extraer. 
With all this done you can remove the motor that rotates the disk having the disk inside. To accomplish this we must remove the screw in the center bearing and holds the moving part of the engine with the motherboard. This work played draw winding. This is achieved by unsoldering the wires that connect the motherboard to the winding and, in some cases, also it takes a few screws we must also extract.

Por último existe la necesidad de separar la placa base de su soporte metálico para acabar con el despiece, que se trata de desoldar los condensadores, conectores y demás componentes electrónicos.
Finally there is the need to remove the motherboard from the metal bracket to finish cutting, that is desolder of capacitors, connectors and other electronic components.

Todos los componentes que hemos despiezado se pueden reutilizar o bien para otras disqueteras, o bien para realizar algún proyecto todo aquel “manitas” que tenga como objetivo el crear robots o cualquier otro proyecto interesante.
All components that have disassembled you can be reused for other floppy disk, or to make any project like create robots or any other interesting project.

El desmontaje de un lector de cd/dvd es una tarea que resulta muy entretenida en caso de que el aparato falle y se tenga un poco de interés en ver cómo está hecha su estructura.
The removal of a CD / DVD is a task that is very entertaining if the device fails and have some interest in how is made its structure. 

Para comenzar el trabajo hay que quitar la tapa de plástico delantera y la carcasa metálica  que protege el interior.
To begin the work necessary to remove the front plastic cover and the metal casing that protects inside.

Luego se extrae el soporte donde se colocan los cd’s o dvd’s.
Then extracte stand where the CDs or DVDs are placed.

A continuación se saca la estructura donde se aloja el lector de discos.
Then you can take out the structure where stay cd/dvd reader.

Después se pueden separar los componentes que hay en esta estructura, como son el lector de cd’s y dvd’s y también dos motores, de los cuales uno mueve el lector y el otro hace girar el disco para que se el aparato pueda leer la información que contenga almacenada.
Then you can separate the components that are in this structure, such as the CD 's and DVD's and also two engines, one of which moves the reader and the other rotates the disc so that the device can read the information containing stored.

 A partir de aquí se puede seguir desmontando la placa base que es la que recibe y envía los datos, según interese en cada momento.
From here you can continue removing the motherboard that is the receiving and sending data, as interested at all times.

Y con esto el trabajo de desmontaje de un lector de cd’s/dvd’s está concluido.

Casi todos sabemos utilizar un ordenador, pero pocos sabemos realmente como funciona. Nuestro reto de hoy fue el de destripar sus entrañas y analizar sus partes. 
Lo primero fue coger un ordenador, conectarle el monitor, teclado y ratón, lo enchufamos y lo encendimos para revisar como funcionaba y vimos que iniciaba y cargaba Windows correctamente, luego lo apagamos para desarmarlo.

Everybody knows to use a personal computer, but few know how it really works. Our challenge was gut its bowels and analyze its parts.
First we took a personal computer and connected a monitor, keyboard and mouse, plugged and turned it on to see how it worked and we saw that it worked and loaded Windows perfectly, then we shut it off to disassemble.

Comenzamos quitando las tapas laterales y así poder acceder al interior, desconectamos todo el cableado, tanto los cables de la fuente de alimentación como los de transferencia de datos.

Removing the side panels to get inside, we disconected all wiring, power supply wiring and data transfer wiring.

Luego seguimos sacando más elementos como el lector de CD, el disco duro, un Maxtor 3.5 Series de 40 GB,  y la disquetera, continuamos con la fuente de alimentación, una ATX 2.03(P4) de 300W y después la tarjeta gráfica y tarjeta de red para así desmontar la placa base.

Then we continued taking out more elements such as CD player, hard disk, a Maxtor 3.5 Series 40GB and floppy disk, power supply, a ATX 2.03(P4) of 300W graphics card and network card and removed the motherboard.

Con todos los elementos del ordenador fuera de la torre seguimos quitando piezas, esta vez las que están conectadas a la placa base, como las tarjetas RAM, que tenía tres del tipo SDRAM, el ventilador y el disipador de calor para así quitar el microprocesador. Por último desinstalamos la pila que da energía a la BIOS y mantiene activa la fecha y la hora cuando el ordenador está apagado.

With every elements of computer disassembled, we continued removing every pieces connected to the motherboard, three RAM cards of the type SDRAM, fan, heat sink and microprocessor. Finally uninstalled BIOS batterie that keeps active date and time when computer is off.

 

Con todo desmontado limpiamos la pasta térmica que tenía el disipador y el microprocesador y pusimos pasta nueva, marca Arctic Silver 5, compuesta por un 99,9% de plata ionizada para que así no haya problema de sobrecalentamiento del microprocesador.

Yet removed, we cleaned thermal paste that had the sink and the microprocessor and put new paste, brand Arctic Silver 5, composed by a 99,9%  ion silver to avoid a microprocessor overheating problem.

Paso 1: se aprecia el microprocesador ya limpio sin pasta térmica antigua.
Paso 2: se observa como se pone pasta termica nueva en el microprocesador.
Paso 3: se ve el microprocesador con la nueva pasta térmica puesta.

Step 1:  you can see the microprocessor tidy without old thermic paste.
Step 2: you can see as put a new thermal paste on the microprocessor.
Step 3: the microprocessor with new thermal paste.

Con la carcasa del pc vacia comenzamos el montaje del ordenador.
Para ello lo primero fue colocar el microprocesador, un Intel Pentium 3, el disipador de calor y el ventilador en su sitio, continuamos con la tarjetas RAM, una de 64MB y dos de 128MB, instalamos la pila de la BIOS en su lugar, seguidamente colocamos lo cables BUS de datos en sus respectivos conectores IDE.

With pc box empty we began the assembly the computer.
First put the microprocessor, a Intel Pentium 3, heat sink and fan, the RAM cards, a 64MB card and two 128MB cards, then we assembled BIOS batterie, the data BUS wiring in its IDE connectors.

Instalamos de nuevo la placa base en la torre y volvimos a  conectarle los cables del altavoz, inicio y reinicio.
We assembled the motherboard in the tower and connected speaker, start and restart wiring.

Con esto hecho montamos la tarjeta de red y la tarjeta gráfica en sus ranuras de la placa base. Después colocamos la fuente de alimentación, y el resto de elementos, la disquetera, disco duro y lector de CD y con todo en su sitio llegó el turno de conectar todos lo cables a cada dispositivo.

We assembled network card, graphics card, power supply and other elements, the floppy disk, hard disk and CD reader and connected every device wiring.

Finalmente volvimos a conectar el monitor, teclado y ratón, conectamos los cables de alimentación y encendimos el ordenador para revisar si funcionaba de forma correcta, pero al iniciar dio un problema en la CMOS, que es un fallo relacionado con la BIOS. Para tratar de solucionar el error cambiamos la pila, ya que una de sus funciones es suministrar energía a la BIOS, iniciamos de nuevo el ordenador para ver como encendía y ya no dio el fallo en la CMOS y funcionó correctamente. Con esto colocamos las tapas laterales y así se dio por finalizado el montaje del ordenador.

Finally we connected monitor, keyboard and mouse, plugged power wiring and switch on the personal computerto check, but when it start we found a problem in the CMOS, a failure related to BIOS, removed the BIOS batterie, then started again the PC and it worked properly, finally put the side panels and we completed the personal computer mount.

Cuando un disco duro se estropea y ya no se puede seguir utilizando una buena forma de sacarle provecho es desmontarlo y aprovechar sus elementos internos. 
When a hard disk damaged and already you can’t to profit but you can disassemble and leverage their internal elements.
Para poder hacer esto lo primero a realizar es quitar los tornillos que tiene la carcasa metálica para sacarla y acceder al interior.
To do this you must remove the screws that has the metal casing to remove it and get inside.

Después se extrae un imán, que en compañía de otro imán igual, tienen la función de permitir que el lector se mueva.
Then you remove a magnet, that in the company of other magnet, have the function to allow the reader to move.

Luego se quita uno de los discos donde se almacena la información, para lo cual se necesita quitar unos tornillos que están en una chapa central que sujeta los discos.
Then remove one of the disks where it stores the information, to which you need to remove a few screws that are in a central plate that holds the disks

A continuación se saca el lector y así tener la oportunidad de quitar el otro disco.
Then take out the reader and have the opportunity to remove the other disk.

Una vez hecho esto podemos retirar el otro imán que nos queda en el interior del disco duro.
Once done we can remove another magnet that we on the inside of the hard disk.

También se debe sacar la placa base que lee e interpreta los datos que se le envían para poder hacer la función que se le pide.
Then you can remove the motherboard that reads and interprets the data that are sent there to work.

Por último se extrae el motor que hace girar a los discos.
Finally you remove the motor that turn the disks.

Con este trabajo realizado ya está todo el desmontaje finalizado.  
With this work, now we have the disassemble finish.

REMOVING A PRINTER CANON S630.

En la práctica de hoy el objetivo era desmontar y montar una impresora para comprobar su funcionamiento.
In practice today aimed at removing and installing a printer to check its operation.
La impresora escogida fue la Canon s360.
The printer of choice was the Canon s360.
El primer paso consistió en desmontar la carcasa de fibra plástica que cubre todo el sistema de impresión. 
The first step consisted of disassemble housing fiber plastic that covers the entire printing system.

Ya en el interior de la maquina comprobamos que las tintas de impresión estaban a la derecha.
Inside of the machine check that the printing inks were right.

Inmediatamente desmontamos la carcasa de fibra plástica inferior quedando el sistema de impresión totalmente al descubierto.
 Immediately dismantle the fiber plastic housing bottom leaving print exposed system.

En la carcasa inferior comprobamos que las esponjas que aíslan el sistema de impresión de la carcasa estaban en un 60% manchadas de tinta de impresión que fue cayendo de los cartuchos.
 In the lower casing check that sponges that isolate the printing of the housing system were 60% stained printing ink that was dropping the cartridges.

Posteriormente desmontamos el motor lateral y su placa secundaria que la acompaña.
Then we dismantle the side engine and its secondary plate that goes with it.

Para desmontar la placa base que le da instrucciones al motor de impresión tuvimos que desmontar el soporte de los cartuchos de tinta.
 To remove the base plate that gives instructions to the print engine we had to disassemble the support of ink cartridges.

Luego quitamos los cables IDE y el resto de cableado que conectan la placa base con los motores de impresión. 
 Then we remove the IDE cables and the rest of wiring connecting plate base with print engines.

Con la placa base descubierta al completo procedimos a su limpieza y a su posterior montaje final con los demás componentes.
 With base discovered in full plate, we proceeded to its cleaning and final assembly with other components.
